Domus Vita Properties LLC, founded in 2021, is the construction development and real estate business unit of Namir Group.
Taking its name from ancient Rome, Domus means Home, and Vita means Life. Our vision is to provide the necessities of the living environment and increase the quality of living of Mongolian citizens.
Vita Apartment
Vita Apartment, our first residential project, is located in the outskirt of Ulaanbaatar. 12-story 192-family building project located 100 meters from the main road and close to the public school, kindergarten, and other commercial services.
Auto Showroom
We built an auto showroom for the used car sales business company. Our auto showroom project represents our capacity to provide complex craftsmanship that best showcases the beauty and design of the vehicles on display.
Khanbogd Warehouse
Khanbogd warehouse is located close to the OT project and right next to the main road making it an ideal location for product distribution and logistics planning.
